Saw 2 movies this weekend: Ricki and The Flash & Antman

Ricki was ok with some decent music - 7/10
Antman was very good with good humor sprinkled throughout - 8/10

That was my knee-jerk reaction too, but I read a couple of pretty good reviews and decided to check it out. I'm glad I did! It's not corny like it sounds, and there was a lot of clever humor in it. I'll see the next one.

Is anyone interested is seeing The Man from U.N.C.L.E? It opens here today. I'll see it next week. Night shifts aren't conducive for cinema going.

Saw Mr. Holmes. I enjoyed it very much, but it's a sedately paced movie to say the least. The settings are gorgeous. Ian McCellan is outstanding, Laura Linney is wonderful as usual even in a supporting role.

The Gift was decent...I guessed a few things. I like Jason Bateman, but overall I'd give it a 6/10.

I really liked it. I liked how it was a bit spoofy and I laughed quite a few times. Liked the soundtrack and the wardrobes. It's set up for a sequel. Why did you think it was lousy Style?
