            Patricia Cornwell ~ RIPPER now

                    • Found a Dewey Andreus book by Ben Coe, lots of narrow escapes, government conspiracies etc. The man seems to bear a charmed life.

                          • Mo said: Reading a book by Graham Hurley, a very good English crime writer. This one takes place in France during WWII and the way it's shaping up I think the lady who owns a chateau is going to be helping downed pilots find their way back to England, even though she has a relationship going with a German officer. I've read a number of his books now and they are well written. YB - have you read any of his or have I asked you before?[/I][/I]

Sorry, Mo, only just seen this as it was on the "What are you doing now" topic. I have read Mr Hurley's Faraday & Winter series and then the follow ups featuring Jimmy Suttle. These have been excellent, one of my favourite series. I have not read any of his standalones though

                            • Seem to be reading a lot of conspiracy books right now and heroes who save the world from disaster. I hope there's always someone who saves the world!

Glad you enjoy the Hurley books YB, he is a really good writer.
