Ok I'm reading the Vince Flynn books that a lot of you have read. I just saw the he died of prostate cancer in 2013. Sad! But!! What about OUR VINCE? From South Africa???? When y'all said prostate CA I thought u meant OUR VINCE. Since he doesn't get on TBJ --- is he ok? And Rita, Veronica, Froggie, and Katie ? what about JD from ND??? LD??? Wonder Y they stopped stopping by???? Sad[emoji20][emoji20][emoji20]

Vince in South Africa has a few health problems but is doing o.k. - works too hard with long hours and I believe he is trying to slow down a bit. His adult daughter has a baby boy and is getting lots of attention from all - anyone wants to send Vince an e-mail I'll send it to you by private message. Rita, Froggie (Monique), Veronica and Katie are all on Facebook. Veronica is busy writing her zombie/horror novels and I believe she is doing really well. Rita has published a couple of books also and Katie's book "Learning to Swear in America" has done really well, I hope I have the title correct. JD may be roaring around on his snowmobile, he is also on Facebook. Lori has not answered my last e-mail but Froggie may still be in touch with her.

Started the 4th Mitch Rapp book last night.

Just finished "I, Ripper" by Stephen Hunter. Good book, great POV narratives on Hunter's part for Jack the Ripper and the journalist Jeb who is covering the murders. He virtually absorbed the reader in late 19th century dialogue and literary style. Once in a while the 21st century writing style breaks through to heighten drama/suspense, but that only made it a better book. Thumbs up!
