Yep, it's all over the media here in the UK, i have my doubts that his brother should take over, if Lee is retiring, then, sorry, but for me his character should as well

I tend to agree, Gis. I did read a couple of books by Lee's brother a few years ago and rated them OK but whether or not he can continue the series successfully we will have to wait and see.
I thought The Millenium Trilogy by Stig Laarson (spelling?) was excellent but when the characters were taken over by David Lagerkrantz I was very disappointed, in fact I abandoned the book about one third of the way in which is something I rarely do

I've just read that the next Reacher book, due out October 2020 is credited to Lee Child and his brother. Originally I thought this year's was Lee alone
