Oh! YB! YES, absolutely - we just started watching soccer last year with the Men's FIFA. We thought it was every year - but sadly it's every 4 like you say. We weren't "hip" to watch the women's games but we did. In this house, anyway, we don't like that the players "address" the crowd after a goal. Yelling, jumping, hugging teammates - yeah, but the "pre-planned" grandiose insults, NO. We DO NOT care for Rapinoe ... AT ALL. The entertainers are out of control with their attitudes ... they just have too many people kissing their a** to know what's the norm. IMOComment

I'm not a massive fan of the game, although it is probably the most watched game here in the UK. I do find the Ladies game refreshing though, if two of them collide and fall to the ground they usually just get up and carry on. Compare that to the men, a clash there and one of them falls to the ground clutching some part of his body and inferring that he is badly hurt, the rest of his team crowd and jostle the referee and then when the referee has been pressurised and gives a free kick the "injured" man makes a miraculous recovery, jumps up and runs off. Some call it cheating, some call it gamesmanship but a professional sports player, whatever the game, loses my respect when they blatantly try to get a fellow professional disciplined.Comment
