We finally got out to buy tomatoes, dirt food & ferns. Hoping I'll be in the mood to keep up with the yard this year. It was 80 yesterday ...

No -- but the guy at the crematory said he's picking up cats all over the county for the same thing -- it's so sad. It's like COVID but for cats - literally
We have cameras on the store cats (always have) so we watch them - check on them when we're not there & we live next door to the business. But it's a heart racing feeling to check each morning.

Well ... yet another heart break. One of our store cats "Grey Mama" passed suddenly yesterday morning. We'd had her since October 2011 ~ we were never sure her age when she came to us. LONG STORY SHORT*** WE TOOK ONE CAT TO THE VET & AFTER 2 DAYS SHE CAME DOWN WITH A HORRIFIC VIRUS THEN LITTLE HAD IT GREY MAMA AND CHATTERBOX -- Grey Mama just didn't survive. GO in for a limp come out to infect and ruin their health now -1.
Kevin is so sad. and bless it they are ALL so sick. We're doing the thorough hand wash, lysol spray, wipes spray our shoe leave them outside -- I CAN'T have that here. FRV or FHV. -- our cats have NEVER encountered another cat since 2011. Except the 3 night weekend stay for a limp

Our house has been for sale since last summer and whilst plenty of people have been to look nobody has said "yes" yet. Winmter is a poor time to sell houses, the market supposedly wakes up in spring so we are hoping

We are hoping to move house soon so we have not planted any vegetables this year.

Been to my Grandson's 18th party today. It's not good for morale when your kids get to 18, but when it's the grandkids it's really not good!!

Us too. It's nice to start checking off that list while the weather isn't too hot or from here too humid and yes, we bought ferns and now we have them out and I pulled out my hostas so the house is looking more alive -the winter it's just so dull.

Been stormy - YES! he passed a stone this weekend! woo hoo! Nothing much to do around here - the weather dictates much of what's going on.
Planning an Easter lunch with my sisters (nice)
